My ministry and practice is focused on accompanying you in your spiritual journey and your desire to grow in deeper intimacy with God through Jesus Christ in three ways:
 

A Prayer Companion in Faith: I listen and share faith experiences, guide you on basic methods for praying and reflecting on interior experience and use my knowledge and experience to listen with you to the movements of the Holy Spirit in your daily life.

Ignatian Retreat and Prayer Guide: I accompany you through directed retreat experiences as you seek to grow in faith and intimacy with God through prayer and contemplation on Sacred Scripture. I offer basic instruction on various methods of Prayer from the Catholic Ignatian Tradition.

Spiritual Direction: I am attentive with you and to the movements of your relationship with God utilizing my training as a Spiritual Director and Director of the Spiritual Exercises of St Ignatius. Through active and empathetic listening, I help you discern who God means for you to become and what is the best action to take.  This process of discernment is coming to a decision after prayerful attention to heart, head, and hand on what will bring an increase of faith, hope, and love.
